Don’t Techno Sh!t! proudly celebrates it’s 1st Birthday at this months instalment at Bar 54. Coming up to one year on the scene, twelve months, twelve parties each time with memorable moments and each time providing you with some extremely talented artists. Beginning life last March, in the basement at Commercial Street basement club, The Gramophone. A successful night of musical mayhem demanded a sequel, a return to Commercial Street only this time to the neighbouring basement of notorious Bar 54. Making great first impressions with another wild night Don’t Techno Sh!t established itself by gaining a monthly residency which has proved a firm favourite for Friday night ravers.
Looking back the guest acts such as Maxime Dangles, Dandi & Ugo, Cardo, Florian Meindl, Spektre, Avus, Arnaud Le Texier, Rebekah, Misstress De Funk and more have brought something special to each party. Support from residents Tred Benedict, Margo Firelli, Kindlich and Chris Stanford of Lost Souls has not been overlooked. Consistent displays of cutting edge underground techno keeping the sounds fresh have kept the crowds returning for more every time.
So as we celebrate 1 year on from our launch we thought we’d lay on something a little special for you all. We have called upon the return of an Italian duo that whipped us into frenzy last time they graced our turntables this time tagging along with them will be their label partners and a raw talent in their own right.

Globally known for their ownership and management of world famous Italian techno record label, ITALO BUSINESS, created with the help of their partners Piatto. This label has hundreds of releases under its belt, many of which from the label boss’s themselves, many from some well established artists on the scene but the Italo Business imprint is respected for firing undiscovered talent into the lime light.
This pair dj as if they are just one behind the decks. Both minds sync to their forward thinking game plan, consisting of a whole spectrum of techno styles with multi-cultural influences of native traditional instruments combined with the very latest in music technology. Since their UK debut at their last visit to Don’t Techno Sh!t, things have gone from strength to strength with record sales going through the roof digitally online and on plastic recently with a long stint at the No.1 spot in the charts on Beatport.com

Also known as N.O.I.A, Piatto is a "combo" formed by two brothers, Davide and Allessandro Piatto. Davide have been playing music since the late 70’s through the 80’s and 90’s as part of various Electronic Music Bands. A musician behind the studio project called Klein & MBO (he originally composed and sold the copyrights of all the songs included the hit single "Dirty Talk"). Alessandro however started to spin in various Italian east coast clubs in the mid 80's and followed his brother in the production in the late 90's.
As a duo they have been legendary on the scene in Italy and more recently have been taking the techno scene by storm, teaming up with Dandi & Ugo to launch Italo Business Records and booking agency. Their productions and remixes are to be reckoned with, of course with a hard hitting Italiano style, electronic class a pieces that make dance floors move.
Also joining us on the night will be fan favourite Chris Stanford, resident for Lost Souls and the One. events. Also with support of residents Tred Benedict, Margo Firelli and Kindlich expect this one to keep feet stomping and ringing well into Saturday morning!!!
