Digital#4 @ 93 Feet East | Saturday 11th November with very special guests...
LOPAZZ Feat. Deafny Moon - Live - Debut UK Duet Performance
(Get Physical/Output/Berlin)
We have a very special treat in store at the next Digital party, as we welcome one of the most multitalented producers around, LOPAZZ for a rare UK appearance... Synonymous with music, art and film, his 2003/4 club hit, I Need Ya, captured the attention of electronic dance music's elite, enabling him to have worked with the likes of Sven Vaeth, Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Tiefschwarz, & Cpt. Comatose through remix and productions, appearing on labels such as Get Physical, Output, Cocoon, & Gigolo amongst others. His story starts sometime before though... German born Stefan Eichinger entered into music production in 1997. Running the multimedia label, 800achtspur, his musical forays have involved compositions for films as well as dancefloors. Along the way he's remixed the Miami Vice and Magnum theme's, joined Dr Dre & Ice T on a CD compilation, and with his UNESCO film score production, he's been in Mongolia recording with Monks and musicians of which he'll be continuing this work for the World Heritage Programme in China/Maccao at the end of this year. For the dancefloor, he's currently working on his next 12" for Get Physical and has remix work coming out for Richard Bartz (Kurbel), & Kudu/The Juan Mc Lean (Nublu NY.C.). With Deafny Moon, the female voice on all LOPAZZ records, he´s working on their first album which is already eagerly anticipated. It is with Deafny Moon that they'll be performing their first Live show together in London for the Digital party @ 93 Feet East. Having already performed solo on these shores, he uses no computers just drum machines, samplers, keyboards, guitar, effects and vocals, that have previously been unleashed at places such as SONAR, Fabric, Dissonanze, & 10 Days Off amongst others. We hope you can join us for this one - it will be a mind blowing performance! But it doesn't end there...

Also in the house, we have Mulletover's main man, Geddes, who's recently returned from Ibiza where he's been holding down his weekly Space residency and putting on a few secret gigs to boot. Resident at London's Sunday soriee, Retox, the man knows how to get the crowd moving. Also recording under his Recliner guise, his production work is just as fine tuned, with releases imminant on Mood Music and Cat Wash... Completing the main room's line-up, fellow Retox residents, Jaded regulars, and eukatech stalwards, Nils Hess and Jb will also be firing their sonic phazers at the Digital faithful. And it still doesn't end there...

The Pink Bar plays host to Mister Sushi's (Botchit & Scarper ) 44 night combining electro/breaks/funk. Joining him are very special guests, Coburn (Great Stuff). COBURN are PETE MARTIN and TIM HEALEY. They share guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, vocals, programming and production right down the middle in their north London studio, resulting in a hulking monster of a sound designed to blow the listener away both live and at home. Parallels have already being drawn with bands as wide-ranging as Air, Iggy Pop, Spacemen 3 and the Pixies. From the hypnotic seduction of “SUBMIT” to the super-sonic rock of “LEVITATE ME”, from the tex-mex lament of “WAKE UP” to the sleazy electro pop-rock of “I GET MY KICKS”, COBURN are about sonic emotions. They fuse live guitars and vocals with contemporary dance beats and retro-electronic sounds. Between them Pete and Tim have produced for and co-produced with Robert Smith, Jason Donovan, Marcella Detroit, Tom Hingley, Danny Tenaglia, Sasha, & Siouxie Sioux amongst other, demonstrating their production capabilities. Completing the line-up will be Ryu (Eden Collective/Rockit Science), Dirtpop (Slackers Convention) and a very special surprise guest, with live VJing from Scubaboy Eats Tronik.

The party kicks off @ 7pm and goes through till 3.30am. Please arrive early for this one!
