This article is about Rave for Life @ 93 Feet East in London (UK), Sat 28 Jul 2007

Raising the roof to raise money for charity...

We’re bringing together some of the UK’s finest DJ’s in an event that’s set to raise the roof of one of London’s trendiest clubbing hot-spots - 93 Feet East. And the reason? To raise over £7,000 for Cancer Research UK.

Rave for Life is going to be a DJ marathon, and it’s going to last all day, for one day only – this Saturday the 28th July.

Pulling in over 1,000 people, Rave for Life will gather dance and music fans from all walks of life together, to get involved in what aims to be one of the most inspiring and talked about charity events of the year.

Why Cancer Research?
More than one in three of us will develop cancer, and few of us will go through life without
knowing someone who will be affected by the killer disease.

Right now, Cancer Research UK is making huge advances in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. As a result, more and more people are surviving the killer disease and getting their lives back.

Rave for Life gives everyone the chance to get involved in the fight against cancer through the uplifting mediums of music and dance – and ultimately, help save lives.
