A really good night. Highly recommended!
Downstairs/room 2 was a little patchy to start off with, but it got better as the night progressed. I think that it would have benefited from being a bit busier, so that the DJs had something to bounce off, as they seemed a little lost to start off with; however that's not to detract from their set at all. It did seem a little too in contrast to the main room, to be honest, to start off with ... I'd maybe mix up the musical styles here for future events ... the DJs seemed more comfortable as the night progressed, mind, which made it more enjoyable.

I think it was a shame that more people didn't venture down the stairs to add to the atmosphere, but it does have potential.

The main room was spot on, a nice balance and confidently judged sets from the residents - I arrived about midnight - so missed the first set, unfortunately. Pan-Pot as ever were excellent, a nice tight balance between funk and sinister/dark but "up" (if you get me?!) music. Ralf Kollman was really good, a great choice as a new resident. Obviously, being the head of Mobilee, he has access to the pick of the crop of tunes. It was a measured, yet taut set that pressed all the right buttons, perfectly setting Pan Pot up.

My only gripe was a mix-up with the guestlist, as I'd only brought enough money for entrance and a couple of drinks, not a major thing, but something that needs addressing.

Congratulations guys. This was my first event, I'll definitely come back for more.

Hey Kelvin....I've only just seen this post. Cheers for the review and glad to hear you had a good time. My apologies for the mix up on the door, what happened? Will sort you out at the next event!

Cheers,

Nick

I was on the £10 list, when I should have been on the £8 list. I know that this seems silly, however I'm out of work at the mo', so every penny counts!
