You’ve just got back from playing Cream in Ibiza . A lot of things have changed over there this year with the after party hours being cut short and DC10 closing. What were your feelings on the vibe out there this year?

Well Mr Elmer, the music I generally play is more suited to main room peak time parties so i personally didn't feel the change as much as others. As always parties in Ibiza don't really get going till about 2am but when they did they really kicked off. I found the vibe amazing! I think it would take a hell of a lot more than cutting back on some parties to extinguish the Ibiza vibe!
And there is always the Villa parties that help!

What’s the best thing about DJing for you right now?

For me its about entertaining! I love playing to a crowd and getting a reaction.
I pride myself on playing sets that you cant sit down to.
So yes i love the music, but for me its about getting everyone dancing! I'm a crowd whore!

What do you want to be when you grow up??

I don't wanna grow up!
But if i had to then I suppose I'd keep doing what I'm doing. When i grow up I want to be the worlds number 1 House DJ!

Following the well-known loss of The Goods Yard and Turnmills this year which venues will you be championing for London clubbing in the future?

I think we in London are desperado for some new blood when it comes to venues!
I think Pacha need to pull their finger out, finish their refurb, get some in house promotion and get some quality nights/dj's hosting!
I think the arrival of Pure Pacha in Aug will be a big boost for the club!
The End is as strong as always catering for the more underground scene.
I seem to be spending most of my nights off at Ministry of Sound these days! They have put on some top nights in 08 with some awesome dj's!
Se-one also host some of the better nights and when dressed up can be a nice venue.
But i think in London we defo need a new 750+ capacity club that will play top notch House music!

Whats your big tune of the summer so far?

This is a difficult one, but i think I'd have to go for "Been a long time" from Laidback Luke, although i could have picked a load of other tracks! I think "Be" from LL is still going strong and getting great reactions, I've just found a new mix of it which I'll be playing over the coming months!

Whats the funniest thing you've seen or heard over the last year in clubland?

Off the top of my head i cant think of a particular incident, but I could say that the funniest person in Clubland has to be Farserelli and he don't even try, he's just hilarious!

OK final question before the quickfire round

No Judgement is a brand new party. As an experienced DJ do you think it’s important to support new ventures like this one?

I always like getting involved with promotions/promoters that are hungry and have the right idea.
What i mean by that is they have an idea/music policy etc and stick to it, if i feel that they just wanna make money I'll say no thanks, but if they want to put on a good party and are willing to put in the hard work to make it a success then I will say yes every time!

I thought that said sex when i first looked, lol. Best set was Cagedbaby @ Space, amazing driving tech house!
Worst set, well there have been a few. I wont mention names but I know a few dj's who need to hang up the cans!

whats best opening or closing parties?

Opening, its the birth of the season, loads of parties to look forward to, although i suppose closing is more emotional!
