Music : Funk, Soul and Rare Groove
From 7pm on the 26th of February Bar Vinyl is hosting a night of Performance Poetry and Soul Funk in aid of Charlie Pi’s forthcoming ‘Reverie’ exhibition – to be held 7th-28th of April in the crypt of St. Pancras Church. Before London’s East End DJ Busdaphunk begins on his progressive 4 hour Soul set RasConrad will be taking the Mic to perform a number of Trinidad inspired verses. Bar Vinyl’s unique setting is currently host to Mamiko Karasudani’s exhibition ‘Music Speaks’ in which Charlie Pi, Edwin Barrington Lue- Shing and Leonildo Maciel showcase their tributes to legendary musicians. Admission is free however donations will be taken on the door. 20% of all profit will be given directly to St. Pancras Church.
