Checkpoint Charlie's Summer BBQ session, Checkpoint Barbie, returns to gastroclub Canal 125 @ 125 Caledonian Road, Kings Cross, on fortnightly THURSDAYS 7pm-Midnight.

On June 11, Uncle Al (Everybody's favourite Uncle) takes us up to a dubby sunset - Corporal Billy Nasty then takes up position to funk things up generally... before Snake (you've heard of him) plays anything with a groove on it till midnight - its a school night after all... come on!

On the terrace overlooking the Regents Canal, chef Gaz King will be serving up both animal and veggie meals for all. The BBQ takes place 7-8.30pm and food is FREE**.

Other nights will feature Checkpoint Charlie guests playing things outside their comfort zone. More details to follow.
