I remember when i played at total motion for dj wink and becuase 10-15 people did not turn up i could not be payed , but i know that the big named dj got payed, darren jay i think.

Being the driver of these two dancers all the way from Gloucester and worcester, I too was a little miffed that DJ MICKY STAR LEWIS didn't even return my Gaffa tape at the end of the night!

It's always difficult with promoters... especially ones who think they are the dog's danglies. But at the end of the day, it's worth more to be professional, and actually sort out all your DJ's, dancers, staff, as and when they arrive. People should not have to ASK for their money, it should be there given to them willingly.

FUNKYMOVERS rocked, and did NO WAY deserve to be treated like that. They had agreed the price, and as far as I rememebr, even gave the "STAR" a preferential rate cos it was his first event.
