Funnily enough, a similar incident that happened to Funkydiva also happened to me.

Myself and another dancer were asked to dance for an event by Funkydiva herself and AT THE END of the night was told that we would not be getting paid the cash in hand as agreed but would be in our accounts the following day.

Needless to say I never saw the money and all my calls were ignored.

When I finally made contact with her through DSI she said we would not be getting paid because she and the promotor did not like our style of dancing!

I thought about posting a message on DSI to alert other dancers but she warned me that she knew lots of people, promotors and dance agencies and would put the word out not to give me any future work.

I was prepared to let this incident go merely because it was only over £60 and there was nothing more I could do about it. But what really made my blood boil just now was reading her message about how she got f**ked over and her warning to other people.

I might start a thread about how they spoilt my viewing of Big Brother by posting these things and how they've let me down as fellow DSIers.
