Was good to see that security wasnt in your face inside the club as well which is a nice change for Hidden!

I really enjoyed Twist being at Hidden! I wasn't quite sure how it would all work but I think it was good there. I've grown to like Hidden and felt quite at home!

It was well worth putting up with the not so great night at Frantic to fully appreciate Twist!

It just goes to show Twist can literally put on a f****** good party no matter where the venue is, the atmosphere was electric and it was good to see the place dimmed down and security not walking around intimidating everyone.

But when, when, when are Hidden going to learn to do something about that god damn awful sound system - it ALWAYS cuts out ! - Although grateful that a venue was found that quickly after the shocking news from Crash.

As you say Rich - def can't wait to see what's the new place is gonna be like next month

Still not a fan of hidden! sound system was terrable in the twist room you would think with the money that place makes they would sort it out!!

Great to see the room packed out till the end and good to see so many familar faces! and a good atmosphere all round.
really looking forward to seeing what the new venue is like next month

it was absolutely amazing - fantastic effort and brilliant atmosphere.

Just 1 question. The DJ set times were advertised as being 6.30am-1pm - why did it shut at 12??? The Twist room was still well busy at that time ....

Regardless, still had a better time there than at Frantic's New Year event - what a shambles that was !!!

why did it shut at 12???

One answer - it was hidden - yet another decision taken out of Steve's hands

When I asked the security guard why it was closing at 12 he said it was because that's what time he had always been told!!!

Fair enough, although the thing that annoys me most with events is LACK OF COMMUNICATION - look at what happened over the Frantic NYE event and the comments coming out of that !!!

Steve did a fantastic job getting an alternate venue at (what I'm assuming) was incredibly short notice but in order not to surprise people, perhaps it would have been an idea to tell them that it would be closing at 12 instead of 1 - I certainly don't think it would have made any difference to whether people would have come or not.

Thanks guys for making my New Year a much better experience than it had been up til 5.30am that day !!!

C'mon - it does make you laugh - Even Frantic's own line up was listed to be playing until 1pm, and they own the place - seems like some-one needs to talk to there own security ?

Bit of a carry on from the New Year's eve thing then - according to Will from Frantic, they were asked by Police (who issued their licence for NYE) to close at 5.30am a while ago but never bothered to tell anyone !!!

I could've gone but unless either spent £35 for a return train ticket or getting back no earlier than 9.30pm NYE couldn't.

And so glad that made last Twist @ Crash.
Happy NY Twist and you crazy stompers

I had a great time at Twist - it was way too crowded in the Twist room though, esp during Karim's set forwards.

Elvis, Salerno and Drummer all played really banging sets - well done boys!

Was a bit disappointed with Karim's set though, I didn't think he played filthy enough.
