MiMo presents its last ever party on Saturday the 19th May! This momentous event will take place at the infamous East Village in Shoreditch, with Giom (Lost My Dog) and Asad Rizvi (Drop Music) headlining the Basement, along with our very own Chris MiMo. Ladies and Gentlemen you are all invited to join us in the final chapter of the MiMo story. We started our journey way back in 2006 as a small group of friends who decided to launch their own underground house music night, to cater for like-minded revellers who loved the music and loved the scene. We took our first step by hosting a jam-packed night at `The Cross` in Kings Cross. After that we never looked back..
Five Years have flown by in a haze of crazy parties in London, Leeds, Ibiza, Dubai and everywhere in between. Over the last five years we have pushed through the rough and the smooth to become one of London’s most respected underground house music events. MiMo has worked its way through the ranks, playing at most of London`s most popular clubs, including Turnmills, Ministry of Sound, Egg and many more. Not to mention the huge East London warehouse parties that had everyone coming back for more. A lot has changed in five years but our focus on talented dj`s and quality house music has always remained the same. Some of the world`s best have graced our decks including Ralph Lawson (2020 vision), Nima Gorji (welt/murmur) and Alex Niggemann (Pokerflat).
So why is this last party?? MiMo was created from a love of the music and clubbing lifestyle that millions of us enjoy every weekend. We have always been more concerned with putting a huge smile on people's faces from a great night out, than pushing for profits. MiMo has firstly always been a passion, not a business. Although we have enjoyed huge success and have many wonderful memories of parties past, times and responsibilities change. We have therefore decided to bow out of the club industry on a high, but not of course without one big final blowout in East London!

Giom has become one of the most highly sought after producers, remixers and Djs in the deep house scene. His music is consistently found at the top of download store sales charts and in the sets of DJs from house music's jetsetting elite, to bedroom jocks in every corner of the world.
Giom was born in Niort, France and now lives in London. Discovered by DJ Heather through MySpace in 2006, his initial releases were quickly signed to Amenti Music, Aroma and Kolour Recordings, alongside Heather's own Blackcherry imprint. He has gone on to work with labels including Om Records, Universal and LCG Music, providing both original music and remixes for artists including Fred Everything, Jay-J and LawnChair Generals. In 2010 Giom joined forces with UK label Lost My Dog for a partnership that will see him release a string of EPs and remixes, full length projects and headline LMD events.
As a DJ, Giom is a regular at Fabric, sharing the bill with the likes of DJ Sneak, Mark Farina, Fred Everything and JT Donaldson. His energetic sets have led to a hectic tour schedule which means most weekends he can be found headlining in clubs from Australia to the United States and back around mainland Europe.
Asadinho.. aka Asad Rizvi is a name that House music lovers associate with consistency, refinement and diversity. With over 100,000 units sold of his work, Asad’s sprawling discography covers a multitude of dance music's most illustrious labels including Om, Global Underground, King Street, The End, Wall of Sound, Loveslap!, Tango, Urbantorque, Loaded, Visitor, as well as his own imprints, Wrong and Reverberations.
The final party would not be the same without our fantastic MiMo Djs! Chris MiMo and Adam L support the headliners in the Basement. Upstairs will be hosted by Kid Fiesta, Tafferelli and watch out for a special back-to-back set from Sam Cherry & Youngie.
