On the Fiddle with Spin Out Records

Fancy a fiddle? It’s St Patrick’s Day weekend and a little Leprechaun told us to have a naughty little party…. Check out this line up:

Justin Drake, one half of Peace Division, is already taking 2009 by storm with world class releases on 8Bit and forthcoming tracks on Tsuba. Recently releasing the Three Corners EP, Peace Division topped the Beatport charts and received well deserved DJ support. Making music for many years, Justin has had the pleasure of DJing at some of the worlds finest venues working with some of the worlds finest producers inc remixing for Moby.

Tim Weeks is a one to watch for 2009, already claiming number 1 spot on Beatport in 2008 with a remix of Patric La Funk’s ‘Restless’ and tracks on Dave Spoon’s Toolroom Album, he is set to see a stream of releases in 2009 which are sure to top them. His first track for Spin Out Records remixing Lutzenkirchen is out on 2nd March and he has signed new tracks due for release on Toolroom…. you’re sure to hear much more from him later this year.

Also on the night we have our home grown talent of resident DJ’s including Caninesounds, digtal:punks and Ben Coates & Mike Chapman. Caninesounds’ ‘Merrang’ recently received great DJ support from the likes of Sharam Jey and Jason Nevins while digital:punks remix of ‘She Wants Me’ had support from Funkagenda, Joseph Capriati and Luke Solomon. Ben Coates & Mike Chapman are two of the hottest young DJ’s this side of world and are guaranteed to blow you away when you hear them play.

Wrapping up this already golden line up we have Clayton K and Adam Paton. Both have played many gigs across London, at some of its finest venues, and have worked with respected brands such as Formula, RAW Filth and of course Spin Out Records. All the DJ’s on this line up are guaranteed to give you something worth dancing too so get yourself down to EGG for fun filled fiddle!!!
