Too true! Sometimes whenI go out (like, down the shops) I consciously remind myself to smile at anyone I interact with, as opposed to the normal grunt of acknowledgement, and the effect is amazing! It's so great to be able to transform someone elses day with a bit of eye contact, a hello and a thank you!

i love bar local! although its a wee bit small! im off to brighton on friday to go and play by the sea for the weekend.......(and do a bit of dancing around my handbag).....so wont be around. thanks for the offer anyways....maybe next time....does your friend play there often?

Pretty much so, yeah - various nights of the week I think, depending on what's happening. He runs a night called ultrafunk - they do big dos and little DJ things on the side. Always good fun, and some really lovley friendly people. Bit like a big family, although I'm quite new to the fold myself.
