COORDINATED XMAS PARTY!!

Christmas is traditionally the never-ending party season and down at Coordinated HQ we’re planning something rather special. To help you through the long, dark, nights of December, Coordinated are proud to announce that our Christmas party is taking place on Fri 22nd December 2006 at the Epicurean Lounge in Farringdon. This will be our biggest party yet with The Coordinators, The Shakey Breakfoot Band and special guests John Taylor and Alex Collings.

Coordinated hosted some of the most exciting events in London over the past year, including our infamous Boat Party and rammed nights at clubs such as Mass and Pacha London. Our latest offering brings our cutting edge combination of funky, progressive, tech house, to an adventurous crowd determined to have fun.

This is your chance to celebrate our success, and end the year in style with some of the hottest names on the London house scene. Capacity is limited, so make sure you get down early. We'll make it a night to remember with delights such as:

- Santa Clause in his den
- Free mistletoe 'experience' for the ladies
- Cheap tapas & drinks
- Greek plate smashing
- Christmas pressies
- Snow

You know this is one party you don't want to miss, and we can't wait to see you there.

Line-up:
The Coordinators
The Shakey Breakfoot Band
John Taylor
Alex Collings
+ guests

The Coordinators
The Coordinators aka Tim Dingley & Carl Sutherland first met at Surrey University, playing out for the infamous CAGL nights alongside guest DJs such as Seb Fontaine, MYNC Project and Paul Jackson. It became obvious they were influenced by the same sounds, so a move playing back to back and the formation of the Coordinators followed, with their debut playing alongside Omid 16B at one of the legendary Coordinated boat parties. Since then, they have gone from strength to strength, taking the roof off clubs like Mass in Brixton, to Pacha in Victoria. Watching these guys is an experience, as their liveliness and vibe behind the decks is irresistible – they could get the pope dancing if they wanted.

The Shakey Breakfoot Band
The Shakey Breakfoot band is Rob Jones (Shakey) and Oli Cash, pioneering electronic music producers and performers. Shakey Breakfoot sets blend together bootleg mash-ups and house breaks, with live funk and jazz instrumentalism. To add an extra dimension, the entire sets are permeated with improvised music from Shakey on keys and Mr Cash on sax. With some clever remixes and pounding beats, the two are an act not to be missed.

John Taylor
John Taylor is one of London’s most respected ambassadors of electro – instantly recognisable by his highly individualistic style. The past year has seen John busy across the country at clubs like Electrogogo, Nag Nag Nag, Trailor Trash and Turnmills, as well as abroad in Japan, Brazil, Italy, New York and Ibiza, where he was a guest at the opening party of Space this summer. Expect some immoral electro spanning the electronic/indie divide that sounds fresh, exciting and sexy.

Alex Collings
Alex Collings has been a successful DJ for over 9 years including 3 years as resident at Es Paradis in Ibiza, and a 6 month residency for Slinky and MTV in Tokyo. In 2006, he decided to focus on a dirty but tougher sound, that fuses electro with elements of breaks & tech-house. This has brought him a full diary of guest sets across London at clubs such as The Cross, Turnmills, Egg, Heaven and Pacha, and earned him an appearance in Mixmag as a “Readers Saint”.
