Plump DJs set to spice up the dancefloor at Fabric on 3rd June with the launch of their new album

This article is about FABRICLIVE. (EARGASM) @ fabric in London (UK), Fri 03 Jun 2005

Since the first Eargasm night last August, these have become the stuff of breakbeat legend featuring all the top acts from around the globe. The line-ups read like a 'who's who' of the scene and as well as stalwarts like the Plumps, Adam Freeland, Hybrid, Rennie Pilgrem and Krafty Kuts, Eargasm has also hosted jocks as diverse as James Zabiela, Timo Maas and DJ Icey. They have become the fastest-selling nights in the club's history, selling out well in advance with queues weaving all the way through Farringdon. Add the new album element and it's sure to be a roadblock!

At the launch, they'll also be trialling a new pheromone-laced wristband, Saturday night Lotion designed to make clubbers all horny on the floor. After being approached by Swedish pharmaceutical company Pheröcom, the guys thought it would add another dimension to the night if clubbers were used as guinea pigs in the first ever clubnight-cum-sexual attraction experiment. Check out www.saturdaynightlotion.co.uk for more information.

This Eargasm sees the Plumps joined by Adam Freeland, Hybrid, Ali B, Evil Nine, Tayo, Soul Of Man, Infusion, Lee Coombs, Phil Hartnoll (Orbital), The Freestylers, Hyper, JDS and Blim. 'Eargasmic' stuff indeed for anyone with an inclination to breaks. If, heaven forbid, a bomb were to take out Fabric on the 3rd June, the genre of breaks would effectively be wiped out with it...

Me too Phil, am reduced to "pottering about" now. Will have to see if I can find anything to help me doze off :-) Flight to Belfast in the morning ...

Big community would only potentiate the warm fuzzy glow....whats the term for a collection of mongs? I'm voting for a 'ming' of mongs ;)

How did you know? That's exactly what it is!

[checks 'potentiate' in dictionary]
