We always knew this nite would be shit or bust being the last Fri nite before the monthly payday and we would struggle to make a profit/break even, So in true Peppermint style we thought fuck it lets spend a fuckin fortune on the production and have a proper party and forget about watchin the pennys, lol. We started with a full sound system upgrade in every room supplied to us by our very good friend Barry P from BP Sound Hire. Then the Lasers we're installed into the Purple room just to make it look nice and pretty for you all. Then we added loads of our own kit including More CDJ's, Mixing desks for the Mics + We pulled in our resident pecussion player Bongo Ben and told him to bring the full works for this event Bongo's, Conga's, Cow bells + any old bits of wood he had lying around,lol. Then to spunk a few more quid we pulled in another percussion player Speedy P to let rip in the Blue Room just to make sure we got you all rocking + hired in Funklife records do give us " PA's of there latest tracks. To finish off we hired in 4 Dancers to supply you all with that little bit of eye candy we know you all love....





As we're straight talking we'll spill the beans on how we split the club for this one. Peppermint resident + good friend Huckleberry "The Gurners Favorite" Finn needed somewhere to house his 20th anniversary behind the decks, Me old man always said "Son always look after your own" so we gave him the room for free and a nice big fat fist full of tickets to sell. Being a man in this industry for the very same reasons we are he rang round all his nearest and dearest and gave the whole lot out for FREE as a thanks for supporting him over the years, Quality lol.





The Wife Sarah (Below Red jacket) & Peppermint Parties good friend Tracy Lilo Lil big tits opened the door at 10pm and the fun and games began. Slowly but surely Hidden started to fill up and the drinks started to flow, They we're shortly joined by the rest of the Peppermint Parties team pictured below.





There was a wicked mix of young & old, weird and wonderfull people coming in and we could see all the right signs of a wicked night in the making. By about 1am there was about 450/500 of you in the club rocking, we never hit club capacity but we never thought we would. All we wanted was to give you a wicked show and after a weekend of feedback from you all we think its safe to say we did that....







Now comes the time I feel the need to show you all why I call Hucks the gurners favorite. The way he embraces the decks and joins in with all the gurners still amazes me. Below my diagram clearly shows the stages of the gurn for him on his 20th anniversery, FPMSL......

Start of the night we just started the music off in his room...


My back is turned while I work the door with the girls and this happens, LOL.

1 Hour into his 4hr set and its all over he's in love with the world and cant wait to get outside and gurn at the moon for a few hours, FPMSL.

By 3am you was all well and truly rocking, the dancers we're upside down & some of the crowd we're joining in with some Funkin Filth of there own, it was a wicked sight. Loads of people from so many backgrounds together as one for a few quality hours which flew by in a blink.



After the event from the reports we had we know a lot of you went on to each others houses and cracked right on into the next afternoon below is just one example, LOL.....We've all been here before, the worst is when them fuckin birds start cherping around sunrise and you know its gonna be a long day.



As im a family man my days of the after party are well and truely over and all that was left for me to do after this one was to have a male bonding session with the new'est member of me family. My son Ollie Fingers and me havin a few ZZZZ.....Dont get much more rock & roll than this gang LOL.



To sum it up Peppermint Parties & Huck Finn The Gurners Fav gave this one to you just for the love and what a night we had. We would just like to say a special thanks to all who came down to Hidden to help us make this the night it was.
