Glue, the latest night to hit Shoreditch kicks off at the Horse & Groom on 24th July. Coming from the folks that brought you We Have Fun you should know what to expect - a genre mashup of breaks, electro, house and rave all put together in the cause of having a good party!
Headlining the inaugural event are a trio of up and coming acts, all of whom are DJs on the verge of making it big! First up are the mashup masters, Thick as Thieves. Regulars on the London scene they've got a growing fan base and awesome eclectic style that you will not want to miss out on. Next up is Son of Kick, hailing from France but now making his home in London, he's been making a serious Gallic splash across the country with his very contemporary mix of Electro, Breaks and Dubstep. Last but not least is Richie Balboa, though emerging from the Breakbeat scene and being awarded best breakthrough DJ at Breakspoll 2009, he's never been cautious about mixing his styles and has played most of the country's best clubs, though this is surely to be the best yet!
Along with them Glue will be hosting the epic talents of We Have Fun and Supatronix regular gem AWE Soundsystem, Upper Playground hard man Sai, the always funky Cheeky Chops and the first lady of breaks, Squeaks. Each adding there special touch of party madness to the night!
And finally let us not forget the Glue and We Have Fun residents, Hell Yeah, Fatman88 and Bump. Who will, as always, be ramping the party up to eleven!
