yep,it takes 2 weeks for ur seratonin levels in the body to get back to somethin resembling normal an if ur constantly just recoverin then puttin ur brain back thru it straight away its goinna affect u long term,bloody hell my substance abuse officer would be well proud of me typin that stuff lol

...........not tryin to convert u mate,u can go to as many raves as u want and do as much long term damage as u want it aint gonna effect me in any way,im just not goin back to the way i used to be so i think 1 rave a month is enough for me an then lots of boozin in shitty woking every other weekend is fine lol
