Headlined by one of the most exciting enigmatic, take-no-prisoners UKSOUL live acts around today - KAANA ELLIE & THE REMEDIES - bringing their unique contemporary blend of UKSoul, Britfunk, Acid Jazz delivered in a raw uncompromising live fashion.
Where Aretha Franklin meets Iggy Pop - how can this be? Be in the Jazzcafe if you've not seen The Remedies to see exactly why they are one of the most loved live acts in London today.

Headlining this month is one of UKSoulJam's favourite acts Kaana Ellie & The Remedies. The Remedies gained a cult following from their own Remedy nights fronted by high powered, enigmatic performances from front lady Kaana. With a stage craft drawing from Aretha Franklin to Iggy Pop, with music reminiscent of Acid Jazz, Sharon & The Dap Kings with a dash of 'right now' with conscious lyrics - Kaana & The Remedies really do have to be seen live in full raw effect.
