Medicine bar is just round the corner from the Foundry, nearest tube is Old Street - exit 7 if I remember right.
The bar is split into 3 sections, you can hire the top bar for parties etc the middle bar is pretty cheesy but ok and then downstairs is the main dancefloor/club area. I really like this place, it is friendly, quite bright and the drinks aren't too pricey.
The middle bar can be a bit too poppy for some people's liking though but there are lots to like downstairs.
