On October 17th, London’s legendary Ministry of Sound nightclub plays host to the UK finals of the Movida Corona International DJ Competition- the largest competition of its kind. Some 500 DJs have been battling it out all over the UK for one of the eight finalist positions. This year’s UK leg of the Movida Corona DJ tournament reaches a climax on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, AT THE MINISTRY OF SOUND IN LONDON. After 50 parties and more than 500 DJs this summer, just 8 DJs remain for what promises to be a spectacular finale to this year’s UK tournament. Sponsored by THE ULTIMATE PARTY BEER – CORONA EXTRA, Movida Corona has handpicked the most exclusive bars and clubs across the UK to host what has been a series of truly euphoric events. Up for grabs is, of course, the Movida Corona UK champion’s title along with a Corona Extra Suzuki Scooter, ECLER NU04 effects mixer, cases of Corona Extra beer, flights, accommodation and superstar DJ treatment as Corona Extra whisks the winning DJ off to SWITZERLAND in November to represent the UK in the MOVIDA CORONA WORLD FINAL.
