I had been looking forward to this event for some time now. I was very lucky enough to have been to the Ministry the 1st night it ever opened back in 92. But back then I was only a raver and not a DJ. The drive from Norwich took us a bout 3 and half hours. It usually takes us 2 hours but when you’re in a convoy it always take longer. 1st pit-stop for fags and rizla, 2nd stop for drinks and food and then 3rd stop for petrol…arrrrrr why didn’t they get petrol on the 1st stop? Cos they were already munted. We finally arrived around 11pm, found somewhere to park quite easily and snuggled into the queue. Didn’t have to wait too long to get in. Found the security very friendly and professional, this made a huge difference on our night.

The DJ set of the night for me has to go to Wayne Eldridge & Matt Handy, these guys had the clubbers eating out of the palm of their electro hands. Well done boys!!
