CLUB: Ministry of sound – Baby Box

MUSIC POLICY: House, Techno, Electro, Tech

DAY/MONTH: Saturday 2nd February 2008

ZIPCODE Vs DEVORE RECORDINGS: Head honcho’s Ben Dela Pena of Zipcode and Kriss Darang of Devore Recordings (French for Devour-pronounced ‘Dev-or-rey’) bring you a exclusive party for 2008 at the infamous Ministry Of Sound on Saturday 2nd February! Zipcode has been dominating the scene of South London, hosting parties at LOOP, Croydon and Plan-B, Brixton since October 2003. Whilst Devore Recordings was born in 2006 by Kriss Darang & Jnr J on the back of their JTO parties @ SeOne. Their concept in mind was to breed a new night and label of the best in house music - period!
Between them as promoters they’ve hosted and played alongside some incredible names at their parties; Tania Von Pear, Raymundo Rodriguez, Oliver Lang, DJ Sneak, Terry Farley, Timo Garcia, Shane Watcha, Mr C, Paul Woolford, Derrick Carter & Harry Choo Choo Romero. But not ending there, they’ve also played at the ‘best of the best’ house nights; Back 2 Basics, UP^^, Circo Loco (London), Subliminal Records & Bambossa Records. A phenomenal achievement alone as 2 of the well established names in the scene today get together to host this one-off party for the masses! Zipcode pride them self like Devore mean to go on ‘bringing a diverse and wide variety of House and Techno music all of the highest quality’ and being tagged as the future heroes of house nights! So arrive early and take witness to their dedicated and loyal house crowd that support them 24/7! Believe the hype!!!!!!!!!

On the back of this the night will be the official launch party for DEVORE 007 GRAEME LlOYD Vs BEN DELA PENA ‘Diigital delight’ (Club, Kriss Darang & Mitch remixes)…Devore Recordings go from strength to strength with support from Laurent Garnier, Catz, Herd & Fitz, Harry Choo Choo Romero, Paul Jackson, Martjin Ten Velden to name a few….

Forthcoming on Devore Recordings (and in time for WMC 2008) is HOT act Radio Riot ‘Video nasty’ which is doing damage in the underground and Devore offices to say the least. If you use this as your trademark first or last track for your set, then this will definitely make a statement on the dancefloor, its Devore BIGGEST track to date with all the trimmings! A mixture of electronic, breakbeat and house rolled into a killer rock groove! Watch out peeps….and Radio One!!!!!
