SANDER KLEINENBERG

Starting Dj-ing in 1987 at the age of 15, playing everything from rock to early dance oriented productions, he soon discovered that in the last category his love for life lied. Over the years that love became so intense that he started making his own children. He released his first records on high profile labels such as Wonka from Belgium, Superstition from Germany and the highly regarded Strictly Rhythm from New York, making it one of the few European releases to date.

As a Dj he is truly a flying Dutchman, traveling to the outher regions of Europe, spinning for extremely satisfied crowds at famous clubs like the Rex in Paris, Space in Ibiza and the beautiful Caf dAnvers in Antwerp to name but a few. Of course he did the motorways in his home-country where he got residencies at clubs like Asta in the Hague and the Amsterdam clubs like Mazzo, Chemistry and the legendary and now defunkt RoXY, while he also played the big festivals like Lowlands, Dance Valley and New Frontier.

His style of music matured over the years into a wonderful and extremely funky melting pot of dark & sexy US grooves and atmospheric, uplifting trance. In his sets he never goes for the easy option: dropping anthem after anthem. Instead he loves to tease his audience and bringing them into a frenzy.

This year, on the brink of a new Millennium, his future shines as never before, culuminating in the start of his own clubbrand at the highly regarded Amsterdam Milky Way, called Earth and some beautiful remixes for artists like Oliver Lieb, Destinys Child and Junkie XL. To top all of that his own releases My Lexicon and Sacred are hammered by practicely all premier league Djs such as Sasha, Pete Tong, Seb Fontaine, etc. Sasha included these two critically acclaimed tracks on his Ibiza-album on Global Underground.

Sander Kleinenberg is truly a man for the next Millennia.

2007 has been an unbelievable year for Welfare For The Digital. It kicked off with a bang when the boys joined ISSST at their incredible NYE warehouse party in Shoreditch, with Simian Mobile Disco, Tiefschwarz and the Klaxons. This was followed by gigs at some of the biggest parties in London throughout 2007. Four dates at Ministry of Sound, including a headline set in the Main Bar. Two more ISSST Warehouse parties and a residency with the pioneers of Londons Nu-Rave scene, SLAANG, where they played alongside Para One, Kissy Sell Out, and Black Strobe. This also included one of their highlights of the year, an impromtu back to back set with The Infadels, closing the most recent SLAANG Warehouse Party in front of 1200 happy ravers.

They’ve also hosted the second room (T2) at Turnmills, as well as playing guest slots there for Smartie Partie and UP^^, and not to mention their debut appearances at The Cross, Breakfast @ Egg and progression through to the final of DJoust at The Whitehouse. It’s been a busy year, and off the back of this they’ve been signed to one of the UK’s most reputable DJ Agencies, Sedition DJs, alongside Tim Sheridan, Mark Hughes and Paul Jackson to name but a few.

They are also the guys behind one of London fastest growing and much-loved club nights, Innuendo, and throughout 2007 the night has gone from strength to strength. The year finishes with a massive party at Ministry of Sound on Saturday 1st December, when they’ll be in the Baby Box supporting the legendary Erick Morrillo and David Guetta.

2008 looks set to even better still, with a residency in the Main Bar at Ministry of Sound, Ministry of Sound Ibiza, two very special Innuendo parties (watch this space) and International dates around Europe.

Jack Michaels

In 2007, with his reputation spreading like wildfire, he has rocked Space at The Cross, helped to celebrate 20 Years of House at The Island, stoked up the main room at Fire It Up! at KOKO, tore the PUSH Boat Party to pieces, played the main room at Pacha for Eivissa, and warmed-up the main room at Release Yourself, also at KOKO. Sharing the stage and warming-up for huge DJs like Roger Sanchez, Norman Jay, Eddie Halliwell, Sarah Main, Junior Jack and Kid Crème has afforded him a wealth of experience that helps to make him a versatile and skilled DJ who can adapt to any set time.

2007 has also saw him set up Grin Recordings with some close DJ/producer friends, with his collaboration with Joe Liuzza, ‘Da Choppa’, finding favour with the likes of Tim Sheridan. The label has got off to a flying start, with tracks available through all the top download sites – including Beatport and iTunes – with regular off-the-hook parties at Clapham’s Inigo Bar and an unforgettable Grin in Ibiza boat part spreading word of the label throughout clubland. Grin returns to Ibiza next year in conjunction with HeatUK for their legendary Ibizan Heat Tour.

Jason Chance

Having been djing and promoting for around 8 years, Jason Chance broke into the London scene at the start of 2007 and there’s been no looking back since. Making a big impact at his Turnmills debut, gigs immediately followed at the likes of The Cross (R.I.P!) and Ministry of Sound, as he swiftly consolidated his Turnmills residency for Smartie Partie at the same time. Bringing a genuine passion for the scene into his sets, Jason’s style is quite simply ‘all things house’ and depends on the night, the room and above all else, what the dancefloor is doing. With a real presence and ability to work the crowd, it is clear he has a bright future ahead of him.

As founder and co-promoter of his new house brand ‘LICKED’ – launched @ Turnmills July 2007 – things have gone from strength to strength for Jason. Running alongside Smartie Partie, LICKED have taken clubland by storm and with a host of new events and gigs planned for 2008, this year promises to be even bigger and better for Mr. Chance.

Jonny Millward

2007 was yet another great year for Innuendo's very own crowd rocking resident Jonny Millward, which included a debut at Turnmills, appearances at London's much loved underground electro warehouse party Slaang, and four show stopping performances at the world famous Ministry of Sound in London.

Jonny broke on to the scene over eight years ago, with the hugely successful Supafunkt event based in Peterborough. This kick started a career which has seen him support some of the biggest acts on the planet including:- Erick Morillo, Pete Tong, Simian Mobile Disco, Nic Fanciulli, The Klaxons, Tiefschwarz, David Guetta, Eddie Halliwell, Norman Jay, Judge Jules, Adam F and many more.

This year looks set to be another blinder, with Jonny continuing his mission to smash it up at some of the hottest club nights throughout the UK, and taking his banging brand of all things House all the way to Ibiza for the Innuendo/Ibizan Heat tour 2008.

Rob and D.A.V.E Marchant

From the East End to the West End, Rob and D.A.V.E Marchant have been playing back to back for over 9 years. Four of these hedonistic years were spent gallivanting around the club worlds best known island and establishing an exclusive Ibiza residency. Since then the duo have played at some of the biggest clubs in the world, including Space, Eden, Pacha, Es Paradis.
After conquering the white island these boys decided to turn their hand to the London Market, and have recently been seen gracing legendary Turnmills.

Their style of music is extensive to say the least, ranging from tougher house to all manner of electronic beats.
