The brain child of Dubfire, Deep Dish’s fine legacy can be heard in the often minimal and always percussive productions being released on the label, while there is something distinctly fresh about this solo project and its intentions. Playing at this week’s party is of course Dubfire, who’ll no doubt be introducing us to more of what Sci-Tech is all about with support from Nic Fanciulli and DJ Simi.
