THE GALLERY WITH 3D DISCO™
***************************************************

To kick start the month, for one-night only The Gallery presents ‘Double Vision’ on Friday 4th September. Based around the idea of ‘double’ both in terms of djs and visuals, we’re showcasing a very special duos line-up of djs taking in some of the most exciting dj partnerships out there. Plus rather excitedly, we’re also delighted to be welcoming the guys from 3D DISCO™ to provide us with amazing 3D visuals complete with wicked 3D glasses so you’ll be seeing double... and not just from the booze (for a change!)

In 2009 3D DISCO™ launched the new edition with a tour of universities and begin the summer proper with a 4 night residency at the world famous Glastonbury Festival. This amazing show ran for 4 nights in conjunction with the Silent Disco in Dance Village producing a sensory overload never before seen on the festival circuit. They have taken over spaces as diverse as Trafalgar Square, and have other major shows forthcoming in Switzerland, Croatia and a huge show in Bucharest supporting teutonic electronic pioneers Kraftwerk. More info: www.3ddisco.tv

The Gallery is collaborating with 3D DISCO™ to work on a completely new standalone show for this special event, with everyone who attends the party rocking their very own pair of 3D specs to enjoy the visual show!

We’re proud to be welcoming four djing and producing duos to lead the charge for doubles themed night of Gallery par excellence. First up we welcome Kyau & Albert who continue to set the trance world alight with their excellent Euphonic Records imprint. Earlier this year they won ‘The Best HiNRG/Euro’ track at the 24th International Dance Music Awards in Miami whilst in 2008 their remix of Cressida’s ‘6AM’ was the highest selling trance track on Beatport.com. Fresh from their recent return to The Gallery German duo Cosmic Gate make 2nd exclusive appearance this summer. Having had a massive summer including mixing the Privilege compilation for the world’s biggest club, they’ve been busy touring the world over and stop off in London for their next major set on the decks! Fire… Wire!!! Super 8 & DJ Tab join us from their native Finland where they continue to do the business with a bevy of heavily supported tunage and are always top draw performers on previous visits to The Gallery. Just recently they’ve remixed the PVD anthem ‘Nothing But You’ and are also working on an artist album too which, fingers crossed, will be out at the end of the year. Look out for some exclusive cuts on the night!! Stoneface & Terminal - label partners with Kyau and Albert at Euphonic complete our line-up of dj duos. The guys are consistent remixers and producers of some of the biggest tunes over the past few years and any self respecting trance fans are in for a huge treat. The main room is rounded off by Gallery residents Gavyn Mytchel and The Viceroy whilst the bar welcomes the globe-trotting sounds of Koolwaters with headline action from Godskitchen resident Paul Thomas and resident Marc Vedo.
