"Legends Of The Underground" - The First Brokenbeat Film & Show? London Premiere tonight! (30th Oct)

"Legends Of The Underground" the ground breaking stage show encorporating Film, Dance & Stage Premieres tonight in London's Ocean, Hackney. The film & show is the first to have a predominantly London based Brokenbeat and Nu Jazz music theme. Expect most of Bruk London to be there!

With musical direction by Marc De Clive Lowe the show also includes music from:
4 Hero, Various Bugz In The Attic members, Vanessa Freeman, Bembe Segue, Flora Purim, Kaidi Tatham, Domu & more... + Story Narrative by Rich Medina

Creative Director and choreographer for the show is Gary Nurse. Concept design by George Hull who worked on The Matrix films. Gary was also involved in the influencial 1980s London Jazz dance music scene often accociated with Gilles Petersons Sunday Afternoon Dingwalls sessions.

The shows plot centers on a story of mythical legends & good and evil, while the music reminds us of the potentially legendary music coming out of Londons' diverse underground Nu Jazz, Soul & Brokenbeat scenes.

This is a a unique one off showcase event - not to be missed! As featured on WARRIOR FM & Gilles Petersons 'WorldWide' BBC Radio .
