But what is loveDJ all about?

loveDJ is a group of dance music enthusiasts that focus our resources to bring together the best house and trance music we can find. We play it through a fat sound system, create a warm, cosy and friendly atmosphere and party the night away!

House AND Trance?

This is the music we like most and so we host both House and Trance events. Our most recent Trance event made use of the 2nd room at Paul van Dyk's exclusive 'In Between' album tour @ Koko. Past House events include Push @ the White House and Menage a Trois @ the Bixton Telegraph.

What makes loveDJ so special?

loveDJ was conceptualised in 2005 with the aim of becoming a fully sustainable club night that will hopefully pave the way for eco-friendly clubbing around the world.

Jumping on the bandwagon?

loveDJ started before the media hype of global warming. And truth be told - we don't mind if people have that view - we all need to do our bit for the planet and we are just glad to help in whatever way we can.

What else does loveDJ offer us as a dance music brand?

Aside from the parties, loveDJ has recently begun a record label (loveDJ-R) with 2 very exciting producers initiating the launch. Sam Ho brings years of musical genius to loveDJ Records - his most recent productions have had astounding reviews and airplay by the likes of Armin van Buuren, Judge Jules, Agnelli & Nelson, Aly & Fila... and the list goes on! Pete Rypstra, a dark horse in the House scene, having worked with the likes of Stonebridge, is a true musical phenomenon and we think he will be the next big name on the house scene!

What is so fantastic about loveDJ Records?

Well aside from the superior quality of the music we offer, there will be a substantial percentage of every single track sold, that will be given to environmental charities - the percentage will vary depending on the artist. Each artist will work together with loveDJ Records to agree on a percentage that is given by both parties toward helping our amazing planet.

What can we see in the future?

Fewer events in 2008, but bigger and better ones they will be! A load more amazing music from loveDJ Records (we are particularly excited about this!). And an overwhelming but extremely exciting prospect of meeting our green goals!
