KINKY MALINKI | PACHA | JULY | 2009
kinkymalinki.com

Kinky is back at its spiritual home this coming July. After a sun-kissed, seductive affair on the Thames and in a certain cherry-filled ballroom, we're ready to do it all again.....

The evening will start with another one of Kinky Malinki's legendary boat parties. If you were lucky enough to embark on the last one, you may well have seen the double-page spread in a certain London newspaper. The tabloids have got Kinkified, too, it seems. Expect to escape on the Thames and feel the sun on our backs, the wind in our hair and house music in our soul.

From there, we enter Pacha. The playground which holds some of the most graphic and awe-inspiring Kinky memories. For a night like this, we need the ultimate 'playground leader'. We've got just the right man to bring Pacha to its knees and spread anarchy throughout - Timmy Vegas.

Being one half of Soul Central (with Andy Ward), this Birmingham legend was the man responsible for giving us one of the biggest anthems from the last decade - 'Strings of Life'. Mr Vegas has worked with some of the biggest names and labels in house music. Be it Fedde Le Grand or Frankie Knuckles, Positiva or CR2 Records and, indeed, Kathy Brown or Barbara Tucker - Timmy has worked with the best and continues to do so. Having also been a keyboard and guitar player for Led Zeppelin legend, Robert Plant; in Timmy Vegas you have a man capable - and crazy - enough to take you to the deepest realms of house music and beyond.

Now, we look to the height of Summer and Pacha London. With the temperature rising, we will all need somewhere to cool down - so how about a roof terrace??? Pacha's long-awaited roof terrace will be opening in time for Kinky Malinki return to its spiritual home and we can't wait to see you all up there, getting deep, down and kinky.....
