Over 400 DJs from up and down the UK and across Europe entered the 2008 D-Joust competition – with only 40 spaces in the regional quarter finals up for grabs the judges had their work cut out deciding who should go through to the live events in London, Birmingham and Antwerp. Those chosen few did not disappoint and following on from the 6 awesome regional quarter final contests we now head into the final stages of the comp and the mother of all battles approaches…

Europe’s finest breakthrough DJ talent touches down @ Plan B, Brixton, for the D-Joust FINALS!

The stakes couldn’t be higher – there’s no second chances from here on in. 14 Competition DJs play 30 minute sets so expect an array of the finest house / breaks and associated genres mixed, scratched and mashed up for that all important place in the grand final.

Hosted by our good friends from Antwerp, guest DJs will be the awesome DJ duo Twizters, guest RafDBXL and from closer to home DJ Gringle. Upstairs House Rules will be rocking the joint with their 4th birthday party with House legend Sandy Rivera playing an awesome 3 hour set!

Six D-Joust Competition finalists play 30 minute sets.
