Monthly launch goes like a rocket
They say September's a tough month for clubbers in London as people tighten their belts and feel the effect of a heavy summer going to festivals and on holiday. Saturday night proved this theory wrong as we had another great party down at Plan B for House Rules.

We had three new DJs on the bill this month as well as a few old faces to give it that House Rules feel and launch our new monthly residency.

Firts up were Jersey Royale aka Toby and Ben. South Clapham based DJs who spin at house friendly bar Gigalum., they provided of one of the most enjoyable funky house demos we'd been sent for a while - they were perfect for warm up and proved their live mixing is equal to that of their demo CD by doing a top job.

Next up was a DJ from the illegal pirate radio scene. There are a lot of talented DJs trying to make their way and the pirate radio scene in London is particularly rich for budding DJs. DR Pepper came to my attention back in June at a roof top party in Brixton. A talented and party friendly DJ was an easy addition to the rostra and didn't disappoint as he took the room over from Jersey Royale, keeping the tempo high and people moving - the night was beginning to take off.

Muzz Khan, no stranger on the social scene in London was up next. For those that know Muzz you'll know he's one of the most energetic DJs on the circuit, he provides 100% and is a character to say the least. Dressed in a full on suit from an earlier wedding (apparently) he showed again why he is one of the hottest talents around at the moment combining some big room anthems with a twist of the darker stuff.

No stranger to House Rules, GARETH WYN has been playing for us since we started 4 years ago. His DJ / Producer career is currently moving faster than Usain Bolt over 100m. With records being signed to Vandit (Paul Van Dyk's label) and recently described by Tiesto "As the real deal" it was fitting that he would headline our monthly launch party. His sets are always a combination of the newest music and the dance floor classics providing the true feel of House Rules - suffice to say he delivered again.

Resident Haran De Lucas was last up and as ever played a monster set keeping the crowd cemented to the dance floor right up until close at 5am - for those that made it through to the end I'll leave you with these words "Around the World, Around the World".

A quick thanks to everyone who came an introduced themselves from both our DSI and facebook groups, It was good to put so many names to faces - hopefully see you back soon.

- - - 4th Birthday Announcement - - - -

Join us next month on October 4th for our 4th Birthday. House legend SANDY RIVERA, joins Gareth Wyn and Jem Haynes on main room duty. Sandy is one of the biggest house DJ’s / Producers around and Gareth needs no introduction but for those that don't know Jem Haynes he's resident for a night you may have heard of called WE LOVE at Space on Sundays in Ibiza. If you've been then you would have seen Jem cutting his stuff on the sunset terrace this year alongside the likes of Tom Novy, Jonathan Ulysses etc.

Its going to be our biggest show of the year so don't miss it. We strongly recommend to purchase tickets in advance as this will sell out.
