TANIA VON PEAR with SERENDIPITY 5th OCTOBER

Tania’s career really took off in October 2003 when she went solo as a DJ, having previously been a part of a girl duo, with a set as the sole “Future Heroine” at Tribal Gathering Weekender and being signed to Ministry of Sound Radio.

Now a resident for The Gallery, a club that has a strong history of female residents (Sister Bliss & Lottie) and presenting the flagship Friday night house show for Ministry of Sound Radio, Tania has blossomed into a seriously hot talent on the scene!

Describing her sound as “big room house”, Tania is as well known for her music as she is for her energetic performances behind the decks as she can often be found rockin out harder than the crowd while bringing in the next track and cueing up an accapella…her motto is to make them sweat and never leave the dancefloor!

As well as presenting a weekly show for MoS Radio, Tania also writes a monthly column for M8 Magazine and runs 3 labels at her day job at Seamless Recordings. She found success on the label front initially with her own imprint – Pear Music – which found success with “Cheza” licensed around the world including the Defected in the House compilation among others and “Hypnotise Me” appearing on the “It’s All Gone Pete Tong” release.

After two releases on Pear Music: “Time Passes” and her own remix of “Cheza”, Tania has a new remix for Kinky Vinyl for early 2007 of Australian hero Nathan G’s “Chasing Rainbows” as well as original productions on the go for two other labels…she works hard!

Look out for Tania playing to packed floors from Ibiza to Russia, India to Argentina, Scotland to Poland, Denmark to South Africa…this is one girl whose star is on the ascent!

I-DJ MAGAZINE: "It's a party where you're guaranteed to get blown away by fresh, exciting talent, and there's none more talented or exciting than the brains behind Going Places best known as Tania von Pear"

she will be at the SERENDIPITY launch night on friday october 5th at Raduno club in farrington (next door to fabric)
