Ray is one of the most prolific DJ's working today, with a relentless DJ schedule that has earned him the reputation as 'The DJ who never sleeps'
After 2 great years at the legendary AKA/The End, Raymundo goes into his 5th year as Jaded's main resident, which has now moved to the amazing Gothic warehouse that is Ghost in East London!
He enjoys regular guest slots around the UK, Italy & Eastern Europe. And has recently started a exciting new residency at Rome's brand new super club 'Room 26' where he spins every Friday night, playing alongside the likes of Carl Craig, Chicken Lips, Metro Area and Pete Heller. And after years of DJing Ray has finally turned his hand to music production, with His debut release on Black & White Orange Records receiving high praise from top jocks such as Tony Humphries and Nick Warren, with more releases and remixes on the way, this is definitely the begining of a new and exciting chapter for the sleepless DJ.

After 8 years of promoting his own bi-monthly warehouse parties and playing the occasional guest slot when time permitted Darien decided to take the plunge and leave his successful bar management career to commit all of his time to pursuing a career in music. Five years later he is one of North London’s brightest DJ stars and a producer with tracks signed to labels across the world.
In March 2006 Darien formed Stylistik, a club promotion that earned him the respect of DJs and promoters alike for it’s forward thinking music policy and unswerving dedication to the deep and minimal side of house and techno. His other projects include successful club promotions across London as part of The Minimalists and their current night Ghetto! was launched in May 09. Alongside his residencies Darien has featured regularly in the line up of another up-and-coming London promotion Frietag and it's sibling Ickle Frietag. With bookings in Madrid, Dubai and Germany in 2008, Darien has certainly made it onto the list of artists to 'keep an eye on' this year.
2008 also saw the release of Darien J's The Dubstar EP on Cubism records which featured heavily in both Beatport and DJDownload charts. Perc's remix of the title track doing particularly well.
Boasting remixes for Cubism and Filthy Bitch, a year long stint on Passion FM, his new live show, his forthcoming radio show, A Boy And HIs Toys, on German station www.VinylFM.de and plans to launch his ABG Recordings label have made 2009 an exciting prospect for Darien.

FREITAG is allowing for a limited number of DSI spotters to attend our events for FREE in return for you taking pictures of our clubbers, handing out DSI spotter cards, and uploading the pics back on DSI the following week.
