February is always the true beginning of the clubbing season and we are bouncing off the back of our spectacular New Years Eve party, which clearly brought Scala into the Super Club league. If you haven’t seen the video from the night - check it out, as it proves there is nothing that can touch this brilliant vast 4 room venue.

We had 5 amazing years at Turnmills and we do admit Turnmills is pretty hard to replace, but we feel we have now found a pretty good replacement. The atmosphere that can be created at Scala is phenomenal and awe inspiring. London had lost its way through 2008 with so many great clubs off the radar, that left clubbers unsure and confused. Sure there’s always a club opening in London, but how many can live up to the hype.

Saturday 14th February, we’ll have all 4 rooms going off, each with its own theme & music style. SP will once again give you the total musical journey that made us unbeatable at Turnmills. Throughout this year, you will see lots of new Djs gracing the SP decks, starting with February’s headliner STEVE MAC. Steve is an amazing producer & song writer with a CV to die for i.e. 78 consecutive top 20 singles & he’s been associated with 136 top 40 singles & albums (quite impressive in any ones books). His last big hit PADDYS REVENGE in October 2008 peaked at number 17 in the UK and Pete Tong creamed over it!

Also making his SP debut in February is top up & coming producer TIMO GARCIA. Timo has been a friend for many years, but we never managed to configure dates & diaries to bring him in on a main room set. But that’s all about to change, as he brings his unique sold to Scala, where I’m sure he’ll be dropping his latest tune DRIVING OLIVIA to entertain you all.

Next we welcome SAM FITCH another newbie to the SP camp, who will be entertaining the top floor alongside our amazing & ever loyal residents, so you can be sure this will be a night that will really deliver. Another highlight to check out and in celebration of Valentines Day, will be the super-sexy catwalk / dance show brought to you by bedroompleasures.co.uk... so cameras at the ready folks!
