chickp77: Forgive me, but perhaps it's changed.... I've been there a number of times since 2002, and I'd say the TG was about fashion. Certainly kinky fashion, but fashion none-the-less. Very little sex. (Public sex is, apparently, illegal in the UK, unfortunately.) Certainly some bondage, some S/M activities (whipping, piercing, sub/dom etc). Now obviously having a large number of ladies dressed in very little is certainly stimulating (!), but I'd say that the Erotica Ball was "all about the sex"! (And there you have to become a member for the evening, and sign a disclaimer, last time I went, last summer, so I guess it isn't "public sex" at the Erotica Ball.)

No problems! I agree - each to their own! And indeed some of the performance art at the TG is quite .... avante garde: Damien Hirst, go eat your pickled cow kind-of-thing...

But then, I am sure that you just turned and walked away from the things you weren't interested in - you don't have to look! :) At the TG there's so much more going on, that there's plenty to suit different tastes.

I happen to have a differing opinion of the TG, and in the interests of balance thought that another point of view would be illuminating!
