I was shocked by the behaviour of your security staff on thursday night, at about Midnight after someone was noticed by a security guard to have spent over about a minute in a toilet, the guard banged twice on the door before jumping up on the cubicle door and shining in a flashlght, this appeared to be matter of course.

I am not in any way condoning drug use but this casual absolute disregard by your security team for your patrons rights to privacy is sickening.
