Stomping around on a wibbly plank deck has never been so much fun. It took a while to hunt out but we found the location following the twinkly lights. Hopped on board and burnt the deck all night. I am relatively new to Absolution and Sidney's world but I am pleased to have it in my life.

For those of you that are unaware its one of those nights that has an atmosphere and to some extent a sound of its own. The rotation of DJs on Saturday was tip-top, hunky chunky beats thrown together with the damn right naughty & twisted - each dj had their own style which was apparent at the change over which made for an interesting dolly mixture.

When we arrived the barge lay like a beached whale on the bank, Beefos said 'if we stomp hard enough we'll get this fu***r sailing back down the Thames!', either the medication I was taking was extremely strong or the boat had actually bobbed into the water!

A corker of a night something diiferent from the usual scene, looking forward to the summer months of barge love to shake my funky thing on the poop deck with other shipmates.

Absolutely loved it! Had a wicked time! Such a cool venue, felt very welcome.

The 'Battersea Barge' what a great place to watch the sun rise for the summer months ahead!

Wouldnt it be wicked if Absolution was always here instead of at Sids?? Especially in the summer months?

Thanks guys! It seems that everyone had a good time so yes! Absolution will be back on the boat. Not sure of a date yet, but I'll get back to you soon....
