'teknokolor' was a day dance-event dedicated to the sounds of techno, from its very early days to present, moving backwards in time. Attendance in this 2nd installation was very poor, with the few of us around trying to make the most of it, whilst the music was truly amazing, either it be the contemporary minimal & tech-house, or some really great classic tunes stretching all the way to the very early nineties! The venue unfortunately was incredibly unprofessional, amongst everything else even threatening with cancelation 2 days before the event, which is why I would certainly suggest to any potential promoters to beware!!! Finally, apart from the great sounds, the visuals that went along with them were also superb. So...a better job better be done the next time on the promotion front!!!
