Sorry it has taken so long, we have been arranging the payback party, arranging to get the Key-Tags made and completing the refunds.

Final few refunds
Firstly, if there is anyone who has not had a refund yet, all you need to do is return the tickets to where they were bought from. If you don't have the tickets you should have the confirmation emails and your name will be held on the door from the event.

The Space payback party - 16th Feb / Party 1
All ticket holders for Space will be sent a free ticket for the payback party on Sat 16th Feb if their tickets were bought from DSI, Alist, Clubtickets or Ticketweb. Just keep an eye on the post.
People who got tickets from other outlets will need to contat us with their address and we will post them out. Ticket holders will have their own queue but will need to be in the queue for 11.30pm.
(we will put a marker in the queue at that point so you all get in first, doors open 9pm so quick entry)

The VIP Pass Holders
As all guests were allowed to stay behind for the after party on the night the 350 VIP holders will get as well as tickets a key-tag that will allow free entry for them for 1 year to all our parties.
(exclusing Space 16th Feb and NYE) All you need to do is turn up before midnight with the tags.
The tags will start going out in the post over the next week. Anyone wanting to buy additional passes should contact 0208 989 6712 they are £55 for tag holders.

The people who did not get in
We have compiled a list of names of everybody who did not get into the venue. Once again we are sorry but we have arranged for you to have exclusive access to the Scala VIP bar with free drinks!!!!
Look out for a letter in the post, you will also get the key-tag and the free ticket.

Once again we are sorry for what happened to some of you on NYE
Even though the total affeted was less than 5% we have never had this type of problem before and we hope the above will be enjoyed.
