Okay so you've done a million and one interviews...Standard..Some up everything you have ever said in all your previous interviews in on sentence. Paul & Simon - Its all about the music for us and not taking yourself too seriously
Who wears the underpants out of you both? Paul - We usually work responsibilities 50/50 if one person is working on PR the other will be looking for tunes or samples for the next track or vice versa. Simon - yeah normally 50/50, but Paul deals with all the responsible stuff like bookings and contracts as he’s the oldest and more responsible of the two of us.
What’s your biggest tune right now. this very moment..The one you can't wait to play!!? Paul - Our new remix of stepping to the beat its fookin bad.... lol are we allowed to swear ??? Simon - bruv don't forget our other sneaky bomb we just made (watch this space or myspace lol)
Ableton is not Djing...Disscuss?? Paul - We have weird view on this djin is all about the music you play, too many djs focus on technical skill lose what the crowd want. But on the other to turn up and dj with a laptop is that any fun??? Simon - To be fair I have not used Ableton but i would not mind using it to make mix cd. We are always so busy the last mix we made was last November. (Folks the next one is out very soon i promise) I heard you can make a mix in like 10 minutes crazy?? But as for djin with it why bother that’s just someone who either cant mix or is too stuck up there own arse to mix.
Name 3 hot producers or acts that you think are doing great things... Stupid Fresh Elektrus Abe ( only 16 years old watch this space) Whats Your favourite Fancy dress out fit? Simon - Hulk Paul - i was dressed as a carrot at my last fancy dress party
Whos the fittest person in your phone numbers? Simon - I’d rather not say Paul - My lovely pregnant Mrs(she will love me for that) Who was the last person you text and what did it say? Paul - you can't do a remix of on a wannabe tip mate (im not saying who) Simon - My mate will - You know that girl that spoke to me on Friday she has a massive boy friend I hope he doesn’t get the wrong idea..
Fake or real? Paul - If im honest it’s hard when you make it on the dj/production circuit to find genuine people. Im a just a local Birmingham lad who likes to play music. If I could still play our tracks in my local for the lads I would. Simon - Real all the way same as P, give us some cdjs in the dog and gun and we are there lol.. But if you’re talking mammary glands fake all the way
