Steam rolling in like a hungry fat kid in a sweet shop, Chew The Fat! return to The End on Friday September 14th not only presenting the album launch party for bleep legend Unique 3’s excellent long player ‘Invasive Signals’ (Out Oct 8th on Fat! Records kids) but also the penultimate party before this long standing member of London’s nightclub fraternity turns 10 years old! Following a kicking line up in August when Trevor Loveys and Streetlife DJs headlined the Main Room, prepare yourself for…

UNIQUE 3 – The man responsible for more bleeps and squeaks than R2D2 after a mountain of gak. Unique 3 single-handedly spear-headed the low end, broken beat sound in the late 80s / early 90s proving an inspiration for a few artists you might have heard of – The Chemical Bros, LFO, Goldie, oh and his anthem ‘The Theme’ was voted the No.1 Anthem by original residents of seminal UK dance-ateria The Hacienda.

DAVE SPOON - Electro / House / Techno producer extraordinaire and Toolroom Records artist, the man responsible for the massive singles ‘At Night’ and ‘21st Century’ grew up listening to hardcore breaks like Krome & Time and The Prodigy (as most nerdy producers did fact fans!). He’s just released his debut mix album for Ministry Of Sound and asked to play at Chew The Fat!’ so he can (in his words) ‘Play what I really want’

SI BEGG – Well twist me up with a super conductor and call me superman, Si Begg is known for being the vice president of glitch heavy beats (with lord Tipper sitting top of the pile!) With classic releases on Tipper’s now defunct ‘Fuel’ imprint Si Begg now releases fucked up beats on his own label ‘Noodles’. In his words ‘I make music with my computer and other electronic devices, sometimes it sounds nice, sometimes it is unpleasant and mildy grating’

SKREAM – Dubstep. Legend. Getting. So. Much. Hype. Now. You’d. Be. Silly. To. Miss. This.

ISSST – Kevin and Bobby are naughty boys, they play wonky techno to monged out people in warehouses around Shoreditch, originally residents at Tiefschwarzs’ club night of the same name, these guys have taken the name and shoved it firmly up the left nostril of clubland. They’ve invited the rather snappy FRIENDLY FIRES to join them in the bar for a DJ set.
