With our legendary Thursday night free parties now existing only as memories in the minds of clubbers across the capital, the time has come for Addiction to move onwards and upwards and embrace the dawn of this new era. Having dominated the Thursday night Trance & Hard Dance scene for almost two years, and with two ‘sell out’ Boat Parties already behind us this summer we’ve now got our sights firmly set on becoming one of London’s largest and most uplifting club events.

Matt Adams & Mark Beadle AKA MDA & Spherical have rocked Addiction’s events to their very foundations more times than most. From our 1st Birthday @ SE1 London’s Deep Blue, The Fridge’s Ice Box for Innovate, our legendary Thames Boat Parties and of course our infamous Thursday parties at Freedom & The Southside Bar, this pair have had not only had the Addiction crowd literally eating from the palms of their hands on numerous occasions but have also supported the brand wherever possible throughout this time. Now signed to Oblivion Artist Management and with productions and remixes signed to Tidy, Translation, Massif, Nuklear Puppy & Oblivion Recordings to name but a few, its no wonder that this pair have been tipped as one of the brightest duo’s in Hard Dance by pioneer’s of the scene such as Nick Sentience & Steve Hill. We are therefore extremely proud to welcome them into the fold to join existing Addiction residents Olly Perris, Ashley James & Luke Warner to form what has to be one of the brightest up & coming Hard Dance stables in the industry.

MDA & Spherical’s 1st performance as Addiction residents will be on Saturday September 30th @ The Fridge, Brixton for Addiction’s 2nd Birthday & The Addiction Digital Remix EP’s 1 & 2 Launch Party. However this will be no ordinary DJ Set !! Armed with midi controllers, an electric bass guitar, exclusive new productions + their own devastating back catalogue and in demand vocalist Jennie Rix on the microphone, this is the next generation of artist performance.

Addiction goes from strength to strength!! Well done Andy and all the Addiciton crew!!! Amazing how in such a short space of time you've gone from a Thursday night party in a London bar to a top dollar promotion and a hugely successful label - get right in!!

Its great to see all the hard work pay off, but it wouldnt be anything without the strong team I have behind me and of course our regular Addict's !!
