i really like this photo...as with brighton, its not often you see a photo of a famous building/landscape that looks different from the other million out there.

Thanks for your comments mate, with it not being a clubbing photo I didn't really expect anyone to pick up on it.

Wicked photo man! What settings did you use? (I've got a 400D... but still learning)

Well I go into the customise setting and just tweek about till I get the results I like. The best advise I can give is to experiment. Upping the contrast and saturation levels can just give a little bit more vibrancy to your shot's.

As you can see the picture is rather on the red side as I forgot to change it to the normal outdoor mode but I reckon it just adds to that "red sky at night; shepherds house is on fire" effect. Making mistakes can sometimes pay off!
