Hey guys hope you’re well, to get things rolling - how did you find the event back in November?

Yes! We’re well! (and healthy too, if you were wondering). Steinbeck drove us to the event, so it wasn’t hard at all :D

Lol, but okey seriously.. The party was really great! The UK decorations are always top notch (people never do that back home *sigh*) And the crowd seemed to enjoy the cheesyness we brought upon them! (Muahaha)
And they also love reversed bassline a LITTLE too much haha :D

Last time you said you were spending a lot of time in the studio, what have you been working on recently that your most excited about (and will we be hearing it on the 12th?!)

Oh hell yeah, we’ve been working our ASSES off the last months! We did the Hardstyle DNA anthem for a local party in Norway, we won Brennan Heart’s FL Studio competition by remixing Revival X (huuuge classic), aaaand we’ve been doing shitloads towards our newest release coming up on ....TBA :)

Apart from your own productions what other tracks really get you going at the minute?

Kenth: Brennan Heart vs. Wildstylez – Reputation Game (This one is maaaaad!)
Marcus: Headhunterz – Psychedelic (It’s the essence of happiness, which i totally am atm :D)

Having played for UK promotions such as Octane V Squelcher and Bionic how would you sum up the UK hardstyle scene?

Still a little small, but you’re getting there! Without a doubt! There’s always a good atmosphere when coming overseas to you guys (and gals), the crowd really seem to be enjoying the hard pumping sounds of hardstyle!

Has it always been hardstyle or have you progressed through different genres to find your sound?

Uhm.. Let’s see.. We’ve done... okey you really wanna know this? Because this list is never-ending :P ....Okey here goes:

We’ve done hardtrance (both uk and german), happy hardcore, drum and bass, hard dance mania stuff, hardhouse, hard techno, house, breakbeat,
Electro, bitpop, cheese, hardcore (dutch style), and speedcore...

So yeah.. seen it all, done them all :)

What first got you guys into producing music and have you always worked together through to what you are now?

We both agree on one very important thing here. The sight of a dj, standing in front of a massive crowd and playing his own stuff, getting the crowd to go mental... Is one of the biggest things that led us into producing.

And no, we haven’t always been working together as producers. We met @ a local party waaaay back (like 7 years ago) where we both were djing, and hooked up shortly after that. (Not HOOKED up .. but yeah.. you get the point)

The obvious one – who are your biggest influences, both in and out of the hardstyle scene?

Biggest influences...Hmmm..

Kenth: I would say Wildstylez, Technoboy and...Zany. These are my true influences, as they always reach for higher goals, never afraid to experiment, and ALWAYS delivers massive sound!

Marcus: Isaac, Prophet, Pendulum and Prodigy. ALL LEGENDS! PERIOD!

There was a Facebook rumour a couple of months ago about you guys being signed to a new label/management team. Can you elaborate on this yet?

Nope, still a secret! Next question please ^^
We can tell you one thing though, we’re moving up in this world :)

What are your plans for your future? Are you looking for world domination or are you happy going with the flow of the scene?

We’re really laidback guys. And we do one day at a time. No plans for world domination, no big plans for the future.. Heck, we don’t even know what we’re having for dinner tomorrow! But Marcus wants some cheese... :D

For anyone that’s not yet sure, how would you describe your sound and style?

The overdramatically description:
Tweeka-hype-boost-mega-awesome-super-nintendo-rocking-happydancing-jazzhanding-norwegian-hardstyle-POWAH!

The short and easy description:
Cheesy hardstyle with a hint of Nintendo.

One cheeky one to finish off: Where will you be sticking the malteasers this time and what flavour air fresher would you like?!

We’re going BIG with the malteasers this time! We’ve been working on a master plan to make sure that we’ll never be back at the same hotel again.
