Sébastien Leger gets his P45!!

This article is about P45 feat Sebastien Leger @ The White House (London) in London (UK), Sun 29 Jul 2007

You'd had to have spent the past year locked in a cupboard with earplugs stuffed in your ears and a fetching pair of ear muffs on to avoid hearing one of Sébastien's productions or remixes...
He has smashed up dancefloors throughout the world with his work. From his collaboration with Chris Lake- the bouncy melodic 'Aqualight' - to his electro infused, deep and techy remix of Fairmonts 'Gazebo'. It is hardly surprising that Sébastien is currently considered to be one of the most respected and cutting edge DJ and producers around.

The son of two professional musicians, Sébastien attended an academy of music from the age of five to 15, integrating technique and musical theory on piano and drums. Soon he began visiting record stores and was impressed by the likes of Ian Pooley, Daft Punk and Sneak, all of whom introduced him to a new world of sounds and styles. He liked what he heard and before long Sébastien stepped behind the turntables.

There has been a huge demand for his remixing skills and he has worked for the likes of Justin Timberlake, Armand Van Helden, Eric Prydz, Dannii Minogue and Kevin Saunderson; as well as labels including Ministry of Sound, Defected and Intec name a just a few.

This year, fed up with record labels re-releasing his tracks under the'guise of 'new material'. Sébastien has launched his own record label 'Mistakes' which has already seen the release of his latest track 'Saturn'. He's also back in the studio with production buddy Chris Lake trailing 'The Mistakes EP' collaboration, a hit in itself which has clocked up over 5,000 downloads and counting. Sébastien already has a full diary and is booked to play all over the world with gigs already confirmed for Shanghai, France, UK, Latvia, Germany and with more and more people queuing up to hear Sébastien play its going to be a very busy year for Monsieur Léger.

Don't miss this opportunity to see the French Master at work this month- its definitely worth the P45 risk!!

Sébastien will be at the Whitehouse (Clapham) on the 29th July alongside Clive Morley, Christian Nash, DJ Cue and 2 Phunked Up. 1st Floor hosted by the Co-ordinators and Comfortably Numbed.
