Hat Club smash the Whitehouse
The anticipated build up to Hat Club's return to the newly renovated White House was something special, not just because of the stellar line up of DJs, but because after a two month recess from events everyone was gagging to see what surprises the Hat Club boys had up their sleeves, and they were not disappointed.

With two rooms of quality funky, dirty, electro, and uplifting house now on offer, proceedings were kicked off by Scott Martin (Filthy Gorgeous), and veteran Hat Club resident Just Justin who warmed up the downstairs and upstairs rooms respectively with some very funky beats, and slowly building up the tempo with a bit of dirt and filth, before handing over the reins to legendary Henry Burrows (downstairs) and Filthy Rich (upstairs). Keeping it a little bit funky, little bit dirty, but very uplifting, Henry B was on top form, as per usual; this is a DJ who's mixing skills are only surpassed by his ability to respond to the crowd he's playing for, and he quickly whipped all revellers into a frenzy. Similarly upstairs things got very filthy and dirty with Filthy Rich; in his unique style, Filthy Rich laid down some of the best dirty beats imaginable, and got the upstairs room jumping. Taking over from Henry B, was none other than internationally renowned, Ibiza legend, and Space resident Jonathan Ulysses who tore up the decks downstairs; there's a reason why Jonathan Ulysses is one of the best DJs in the world, and everyone at the White House was treated to a display of faultless mixing and uplifting tunage, that illustrates just why. Continuing proceedings upstairs from Filthy Rich, Ben Prok kept things just as dirty, with everyone bouncing till closing time.

It is impossible to find fault with any of the DJs or their sets, and this was reflected in a packed to capacity White House and the enjoyment had by every Hat Clubber in attendance, be it Hat Club virgins or whores. These DJs don't just have a passion for their music, they feel it, and this is reflected in the way that they can raise and drop beats, and fill every clubber with that euphoric sensation, which leaves them smiling all night, and all the way home.

The party atmosphere was further helped by the effort, energy, and passion that the Hat Club boys put into the night. The decorative elements that go into all Hat Club events were ever present, together with the new addition of "Sambucca Vixens" on hand to assist clubbers with their revelry.

There is only one word to describe the night ... BLINDING! .., but don't just take my word for it, check out the pics from the night and pop along to the next Hat Club White House event and judge for yourself.

These "good time boys" know how to throw one hell of a party, and after the storming success at the White House, and their other sell out events I can't wait for the amazing party they've got planned at the Key on the 24th March.
