The idea of a Masked Ball or party goes back to late medieval court life, originally designed to celebrate a marriage or mark a point in a royal dynasty

The guests would wear both a costume and their masquerade mask, and, as you can imagine, the anonymity this provided to a class that were governed by the strictest etiquette and constricting rules of behavior was irresistible..

Years later, events of this type were cascaded down the social ladder, forming an almost fantastical integration of social groups and classes. Indeed, it was the mask that hide the face of the individual, plus any associated stereotype they may have had without such a disguise.

On Friday April 25th Love Story, common for their theme nights, will take this idea and revolutionize the same into a party of the modern world, whilst retaining its policy of the sexiest funky and dirtiest electro house on the planet with a beautiful and original thinking crowd in one of the best venue’s in London – The White House.
