After the success of our "RIO CALLING" launch party at Pacha on friday May 23rd LOVE-TEC host another one off special party to celebrate the
great "Rio Carnival", this time at South London's trendiest venue "THE WHITE HOUSE".
In line with this expect a very samba-esque
soundtrack. Including Brazillian drums, techno and carnival house!

My theory about the Australians is that the best of the bunch... with any class and determination... have an independant spirit and travel the world.

My 20 years of experience with Aussies in London has only been a good one! The ones who travel are a good lot!

As for drunken yobbos, well, I think you get those everywhere. xx

Of course - that's like with anyone from anywhere though - the people that travel and like to get out and experience life tend to have an overall better perspective on things and are far more interesting and lively than people that are just happy to sit in their little box.

Donsxxxx I am busy this weekend or I would come down for a dance. I have never been to a Shiva night. The next weekend my Mum and I are off to Paris. My next Clubbing outing is now likely to be Love-Tec in July...

Seebee, the Aussies at my Rugby Club in Dulwich are all good lads, drunk or otherwise...

...they are famously laid back about life and often get out to London's nightclubs as well!

It's the Aussies who have travelled to London who on the whole I have found to be decent people.
The one's who choose to remain at home may or may not be well mannered.

I am possibly describing a similar phenomonen seen in England which we call 'The Chav's'. A group of people who travel little and stay near to their local pub and home town.

Apparently he works his nuts off for 10 months of the year and then has January and February completely off.
