Inigo over the last 18months, 2009 looks set to be the year that takes Licked to the next level. With the best clubbers you could ask for, a real party vibe, talented up-and-coming djs and extras such as full club decor/laser shows/dancers/entertainers/giveaways etc - its no wonder that clubland have paid attention to what Licked bring to the table. February 14th sees them taking on
THE WHITEHOUSE in Clapham for the very first time, bringing you a night of quality House Music shenanigans.
Fresh off the back of spending last summer as resident Ibiza dj for the legendary
MANUMISSION, Licked are very proud to welcome the gorgeous
DJ LOTTIE to The Whitehouse's wheels of steel. Lottie will be headlining our
Main Room downstairs keeping it on a '
House' tip, whilst upstairs we welcome the also-gorgeous
LIZZIE CURIOUS, who will be slamming our her usual wicked electro beats. Along with a mix of the usual
LICKED residents and guest djs, this is shaping up to be our biggest night to date.

One important note is regarding our friends at Smartie Partie. Regrettably this Feb 14th Whitehouse event clashes with SP @ Scala but this has been planned/organized for weeks (with their knowledge). We were really hoping to be back at Scala for SP in March to show our support, but this sadly won't be happening. Big apologies to the djs we'd booked for that as it looks like we had jumped the gun on that - but we're just working on an alternative event that we can switch you all across to, and will be in touch hopefully in the next week or so. It also looks like our booked events at Ministry of Sound (March and May, with The Gallery) will not happen now too - the dj's we'd booked for both those dates will receive a press release from us on this asap. We were truly gutted by all of this but in spite of all that, we still genuinely wish everyone at SP, Trace & Claire, all the best for 2009 and thank them for an amazing 2 years; it really has been a special time and we met some great people there.
