Timo Garcia to play at djdownload.com Boat Party

djdownload.com are, quite frankly, f*cking stoked to have Timo Garcia headline at our boat party on 12 August. Timo's label is one of the most popular on the site and his own production work is highly sought after. Timo's sets have been going down a storm all over London and we reckon he's the man to take on a late summer sunset with aplomb.

djdownload.com’s own staff will kick things off for Timo and it will doubtless be seriously filthyfunky! The theme of the party is Mexican so expect to see sombreros, tequila slammers and general mayhem. You don’t have to dress up – but wear something bright… it’s summer!

The after party is at the ministry of Sound. Smokin Jo has recently kicked off her new night NUDE in both Ibiza and at the Ministry and it picks up rather nicely from where Nastydirtysexmusic left off. The night is unbelievably quirky with performance art galore and quite stunning blend of tech, minimal and dirty house. DJs on the night include Silicone Soul, Smokin Jo and D’Julz playing a 3hr set in the Bar. We’ll be in the Baby Box reincarnated as Johnny Nobody, Cyberskirt, Louis Vuitton & The Human Prawn (don’t even ask!).

needed a bit of calm after our party at egg and then the afters so sitting on the beach sipping the red stripes was just what was needed!
